- Providing quotations for customers
- Liaising with partners and customers
- Arranging consignments
- Maintaining data quality and document accuracy
- Responding to any general queries
- Tracking consignments and liaising with customers
- Checking shipment documentation
- Understanding customs and exports
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in exports or customs is advantageous but not essential
- 5+ years experience in a customer service or account management role
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
