I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented German-Speaking Customer Service Coordinator with Sales Coordination responsibilities to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer support while assisting the sales team to drive business success. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both German and English and possess a strong customer service and sales coordination background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Deliver outstanding service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by processing orders, preparing quotes, and tracking sales activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, clearly conveying customer needs and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Order Management: Oversee the order fulfilment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing and delivery.

Profile
A successful German speaking Customer Service Coordinator should have:
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales coordination is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
- Strong organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
