Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Accounts Payable Manager/Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Lichfield.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Accounts Payable professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Implement and maintain best practises for accounts payable operations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including suppliers and colleagues in other departments.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
