Job Description:

My prestigious client are seeking a Technical Manager to join their team in Lichfield. This is a pivotal role, where you will be bridging the gap between senior advisers and the technical planning support team.

This role will be key in smooth running and efficiency of the company, including technical paraplanning, management of the wider team and support to the Financial Planning team. It is a very varied role.

My client are ideally looking for someone who is CF30 qualified or who is looking to be more client facing and is happy to become CF30 qualified.

Key Responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:

  • Support team of Financial Advisers and Chartered Financial Planners
  • Assist with client engagement
  • Conducting data analysis and research
  • Technical paraplanning support
  • Management of the financial planning support team
  • Streamlining and implementing new process to enhance efficiency and productivity

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner, ideally for 5+ years’
  • Exposure to managing clients of all variety within wealth planning
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Ideally you will be Level 6 Chartered but this isn’t a necessity
