As an experienced HR professional you will be pivotal to the business dealing with day to day HR but also coming up with innovative solutions to further enhance the growth and success of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to further develop and enhance their experience with the support of a great HR Manager. Salary: £30,000 - £33,000Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Hybrid working available after probation) Key Responsibilities: - Provide 1st line advise to managers and employees - Enhance the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new employees. - Managing agency recruitment relationships - Contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving the quality of HR services. - Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR administrative tasks and processes. - Identify opportunities for improving HR policies, procedures, and overall service delivery. Requirements: CIPD Level 3 qualification. Extensive HR generalist experience Ability to work closely with operations to provide high-quality HR support. Experience in a fast-paced environment Organised and flexible
