The Role:Â
The firm is now looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor who can support the Enfranchisement and Commercial teams. This team is mainly transactional, but it does need support for Litigious Property matters. This will include collective Enfranchisement Claims under Leasehold reform, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Easement Disputes, Service Charge Disputes along with neighbour and boundary Disputes etc.Â
The Person:
To be considered for this Property Litigation Solicitor role you must have at least 5 years’ PQE, the ability to hit the ground running on Litigation matters with limited supervision, along with the ability to self-motivate.Â
