Traditional new build housing
A leading Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a brand new project in Staffordshire. The project will involve the construction of traditional new build homes for private open market sale and housing association.
Job Duties:- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain quality control and monitor progress against project timelines
- Manage site budgets and report to senior management

Experience:Minimum of 2 years as a Site Manager working for a high volume developer.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Health and Safety qualifications
Work on construction sites, potential exposure to outdoor elements, regular travel between sites required
