We’re working with a fantastic Lichfield-based agency to find Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with a company that invests in your development and success. The role is office based, to give you the optimal support and development you need to succeed in the role

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A naturally organised approach and great admin skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude to ride the highs and lows of recruitment.

What the role involves:

  • You’ll spend lots of time on the phone, discussing requirements and matching candidates with the right roles.
  • Generate new opportunities, maintain relationships, and expand the client base.
  • Write job adverts, manage job boards, and conduct candidate searches.
  • Build and maintain a client database while ensuring compliance activities are completed.
