Domus Recruitment are working with a client in Surrey, that are looking for an Interim Nursing Home Manager on a 2-month contract. Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
Ensuring the provision of high-quality care
Overseeing the care staff
Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home

Interim Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

Previous experience as a Home Manager
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
NMC registered with an active PIN - ideally
A track record of ‘Good’ CQC ratings or history of improving CQC ratings in previous roles
DBS on the update service
