This high-profile venue boasts over 150 luxurious rooms, a renowned on-site restaurant and bar, and state-of-the-art conference facilities accommodating up to 400 delegates. Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of the food, beverage, and events operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of the hotel's multiple outlets, including Conference & Events, Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, Afternoon Tea, and In-Room Dining.
* Work closely with the General Manager, influencing strategic decisions and preparing for progression to a future GM role.
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team of managers, assistant managers, and staff, fostering their development while maintaining a culture of excellence.
* Develop and execute clear strategies to enhance guest experiences, elevate team morale, and manage operational costs effectively.
* Uphold the hotel's position as a market leader through innovative service and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* A proven leader with 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a branded hotel company.
* Strong background in Food & Beverage Management, ideally overseeing multiple outlets or venues.
* A dynamic, strategic thinker who thrives in high-energy environments and embraces opportunities to grow.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* A guest-centric mindset combined with a solid understanding of operational efficiency and cost management.
