The Journey:

As you step into the role of Retail Operations Manager, you will find yourself at the heart of the action. Picture yourself leading a team of up to 30+ dedicated individuals, each one looking to you for guidance and inspiration. Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, from resource planning for all shifts, managing customer service and overseeing goods, to handling site maintenance and HR administration. No two days will be the same, and that's just the way you like it.

The Role:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure that hundreds of daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will be the driving force behind the team, capturing, planning, delegating, and signing off on tasks with precision and flair. Your ability to handle pressure and manage multiple workload streams will be key to your success. This role is primarily Monday to Friday, offering a structured work week with the flexibility to adapt as needed.

What Awaits You:

Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 + £3,000 bonus

Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy reduced hours and extended leave during the summer off-peak season, with paid overtime opportunity throughout the winter in peak season.
