A well-established accountancy practice in Lincoln is looking for an Audit Semi Senior to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of recent practice experience, who is either an AAT finalist/qualified or has commenced ACCA/ACA studies.

Role Responsibilities
  • Supporting audit assignments both in and out of the office, working as part of a team
  • Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Preparing business tax computations and associated schedules
  • Assisting the accounts team in managing a portfolio of clients, dealing with year-end and ad-hoc queries
  • Occasionally assisting with management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns as required
  • Advising clients on the most suitable accounting software solutions for their businesses
  • Supporting the wider team with general office duties to maintain a high standard of client service

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to meet deadlines through effective time management
  • IT confident, with experience in using accounting and audit software
