Role Responsibilities- Supporting audit assignments both in and out of the office, working as part of a team
- Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Preparing business tax computations and associated schedules
- Assisting the accounts team in managing a portfolio of clients, dealing with year-end and ad-hoc queries
- Occasionally assisting with management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns as required
- Advising clients on the most suitable accounting software solutions for their businesses
- Supporting the wider team with general office duties to maintain a high standard of client service

Candidate Requirements- Minimum of two years’ experience in an accountancy practice, ideally within audit or a multi-disciplinary role
- AAT finalist/qualified or commenced ACCA/ACA studies
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to meet deadlines through effective time management
- IT confident, with experience in using accounting and audit software
- £28,000 to £38,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
