An exciting opportunity has arisen for an audit senior at a respected firm in Lincoln, renowned for its strong regional presence. Due to substantial growth in their audit department, they are seeking a skilled Audit Senior to join their expanding team and take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Audit Manager in planning, executing, and finalising audit engagements.
  • Prepare management accounts and statutory financial statements for limited companies and groups.
  • Prepare corporation tax calculations and file returns for corporate clients.
  • Draft income tax calculations for sole traders and partnerships.
  • Support compliance-related tasks, including preparing VAT returns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Mentor and oversee junior team members, aiding in their professional development.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) or working towards it.
  • Proficient in audit, accounting, and tax software.
  • Full, clean driver's license.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and teams.
