- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, optimize profitability, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within the automotive dealership industry.
- Proficiency in Kerridge is essential.
