  • Deliver comprehensive tax advice and manage tax projects under the supervision of managers or directors.
  • Train and mentor assistant team members, ensuring their work meets client requirements.
  • Manage workflow and client expectations, utilising your specialist knowledge to add value.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, maximising yield and performance.
  • Identify areas of risk and viable opportunities for both current and potential clients.
  • Promote the firm’s full range of services to clients, actively participating in business development.

This ideal candidate for Private Tax Adviser is someone eager to deepen their involvement in tax advisory and client support. If you have a willingness to learn and a desire to help clients find the best solutions, attributes to have include:

  • Possess either partial or full CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualifications, or have significant experience in a Tax role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
  • Must have UK Accounting/Practice experience.
  • Must have UK Private Tax compliance or advisory experience.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
