Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Architect:

ARB registered with sufficient post-Part 3 experience.
Manage projects from inception to completion, with senior support when required.
Liaise with clients and team members, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Support the professional development of junior team members.
Develop technical designs and creative design concepts.
Attend site meetings and manage technical issues as they arise.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Must be based within Lincolnshire.
