Our client in Lincoln is expanding and looking for Business Development & Sales Specialist to drive growth in our Inspections and Training services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
- Identify and connect with potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Develop tailored solutions based on client needs and industry requirements.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Confidently present our services via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Actively prospect for new business, leveraging cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Respond to and manage sales inquiries, providing expert guidance on solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in crafting impactful marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows.
- Monitor sales performance and provide strategic feedback to management.
Who You Are:
- A driven sales professional with at least 3 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Skilled in managing client relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
- Comfortable working independently and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Holds a full UK driving license.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Office-based role in Lincoln).
