We are a market leading tenant referencing business, providing comprehensive tenant insurance solutions & services, across the UK. Our mission is to deliver tailored insurance products that offer peace of mind and protection for tenants.To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Head of Business to Consumer Sales, to lead our team to success.  As the Head of Business to Consumer sales, you will be responsible for driving growth of our tenant insurance product suite, by leading and motivating a team of sales professionals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies to increase revenue, enhance the customer experience whilst achieving sales targets.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a high performance sales team, within the regulated sector.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor & manage the B2C tenant sales contact centre for insurance and tenants services functions, maximising revenue, exceeding revenue targets and creating a high performance culture that is focussed on delivering good customer outcomes.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales and prepare regular reports for senior management 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other supporting functions to produce effective campaigns initiatives and process improvements that drive growth.
  • Undertake monthly 1:1’s with your management team to ensure there are open lines of communication & to identify strengths & weaknesses, training & development requirements, implementing performance plans when required.   
  • To proactively seek and deliver continuous process improvement.
  • To ensure resource management is well planned in line with the business needs & recruitment of new team members is done diligently  ensuring new recruits are aligned to the business culture & values
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain up to date knowledge of tenant insurance products and industry changes. Implementing company’s policies and strategies within your teams, through strong communication    
  • Manage, motivate, develop and lead members of the team, through developing and implementing an effective reward and recognition, training and development program.
  • Lead by example and drive a customer centric approach within the team, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience inline with consumer duty requirements. 
  • To identify areas of opportunity for the business to grow the B2C sales function & implement changes when required  
  • ‘Know your customers’ - ensure customer intelligence is accurate, staying close to customer needs and feeding back changes/products required to the rest of the business. 
  • To ensure all regulatory requirements are implemented and demonstrated within your areas of responsibility.
