About the Role
- Position: Childcare Practitioner / Nursery Nurse
- Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
- Salary: 14.75 per hour+
- Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Flexible positions available
- Start Date: Immediate starts available
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding childcare and early years education in line with EYFS framework
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's development
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Work collaboratively with parents and fellow practitioners
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
- Support children's personal care needs and emotional wellbeing
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent
- Previous experience working in nursery settings
- Knowledge of EYFS framework
- Valid DBS check (or willing to obtain through Simply Education)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about children's development and early years education
