Location: Lincoln
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: 14.75 - 15 per hour
Simply Education is seeking a dedicated Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or an enthusiastic early years professional to support the learning and development of children in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality childcare and ensuring the well-being and safety of all children
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development through structured play and learning experiences
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive nursery environment
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
Candidate Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Passionate about early years education and providing high-quality learning experiences
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- The flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on suitability
