We have an exciting new opportunity in the Lincoln area for a motivated individual to join a highly successful and independent mortgage brokerage as a Mortgage Advisor. Our clients are well-regarded as a trusted and reputable practice and take great pride in fostering a supportive working culture that prioritises long-term client relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced advisor who is comfortable in both mortgages and protection, looking to take the next step and join a company to add long-term value and hit the ground running.
Working hours:Â
- Monday - Friday
- NO Weekends
- Fully office-based, hybrid or remote working is availableÂ
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
- OTE £50,000 - £60,000 – Uncapped
- Organic Leads provided
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- CAS Status preferred
- Proven track record dealing with volume
- Proven experience as a mortgage and protection adviser
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly organised with effective time management
Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:
- Generating mortgage business
- Providing top-tier customer service at all times – F2F/ Teams/ Telephone
- Maintaining proactive and ongoing customer communication
