We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Lincoln on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

Day-to-day, you will be:
- Handling any queries, by incoming telephone calls or emails, from customers, in-line with the company's requirements and timeframes;
- Making outbound calls where required, providing excellent customer service skills;
- Dealing with customer service 'tickets' on a project management basis and liaising with other departments until resolved;
- Using the company CRM system to ensure all communications with customers are noted;
- Providing Database Administration support where required on the database, and using a range of Microsoft Office products;
- Updating customer records within the database;
- Supporting with General Administration tasks as usual;
- And any other duties as necessary within the scope of the role and in-line with the company's requirements.
