The Finance Business Partner will provide strategic advice and guidance to the Not For Profit organisation's Accounting & Finance department. The role demands a candidate with a keen understanding of financial strategy, who can work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Description

  • Provide strategic financial advice to the Accounting & Finance department
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisation's goals
  • Collaborate with various department leaders to ensure financial efficiency
  • Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Maintain and improve financial policies and procedures

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Solid understanding of financial management in a not-for-profit context
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial management software
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment to the values and mission of the not-for-profit sector
