Why This Role? As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our financial operations. This permanent, Monday to Friday role demands your presence on-site, allowing you to immerse yourself in our vibrant work culture. You will:
- Drive weekly financial reporting with precision
- Own month and year-end activities with confidence
- Provide vital operational finance support
- Lead pricing and costing for new and existing product development (NPD/EPD)
- Spearhead forecasting and budgeting efforts
Who Are We Looking For?
- A qualified finance professional, or someone on the path to qualification
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner role, especially in the fresh produce/FMCG sector, is a big plus
- A proactive problem-solver with sharp analytical skills
- A strong communicator, adept at liaising with both internal teams and external partners
