Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Lincoln who are looking for Blending/ Mixing Room Operative to join their busy team.

About The Role:

As a Mixing Room Operative, you will be a key part of the production team, mixing 4 to 4 different components to various specifications. Experience of weighing and mixing within the food industry would be a distinct advantage. Attention to detail is a must.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0800- 1600 or 0900 am to 1700.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE per year plus overtime

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure, mix, and prepare chemical products following detailed formulations.
  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all mixtures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the mixing area to ensure a safe working environment.

About you:

  • Experience within the Food production industry / manufacturing, or mixing role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Physically strong - the role involves lifting and manual handling up to 20kg
