We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Headteacher to lead our small alternative education provision in South Lincolnshire. This pivotal role involves overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and the achievement of exceptional outcomes for all students.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the school's vision and educational goals.
  • Lead and manage the senior leadership team, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the provision of an inspiring curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  • Oversee the financial management of the school, ensuring resources are optimally utilized to support educational objectives.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including parents, local authorities, and community organizations to enhance the school's profile and community relations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school, implementing changes where necessary to maintain and improve standards.
  • Champion the professional development of staff, promoting a supportive environment where all employees are motivated to grow professionally and contribute effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Excellent understanding of curriculum development, school improvement strategies, and educational leadership.
  • Robust financial and resource management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to engage effectively with all school stakeholders.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with further professional qualifications in educational leadership (e.g., NPQH) being highly desirable.
