Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime Available.

About The Company:

Offering a unique blend of products and services to provide complete storage systems. From the initial site visit a technical specification is tailor made to suit particular requirements. The products are manufactured at their Lincoln premises before being delivered and installed by the company’s expert team of builders, carpenters, electricians and refrigeration engineers.

The company are seeking a Highly motivated Qualified Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing team of service engineers. They are a small family-based design and build company of refrigeration and crop storage equipment of all sizes mainly on farms all over the UK.

About The Role:

The job role will be varied built up of Building new units and reconditioning second hand ones in their workshop based in Lincoln along with Service and repair work on sites around the UK. Most of their equipment is 30KW-250KW DX and Glycol Packs built in house in Lincoln.

There will be some working away normally with notice but occasionally break downs are at short notice but they do not run an on-call service or night shift working. Weekends are at your own discretion.

There will be a vehicle and mobile phone provided. Along with and specialist tools and in house training for their equipment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fully qualified refrigeration engineer
  • Level 2 or 3 in refrigeration
  • F-GAS certificates
  • Self-motivated to work by yourself and complete jobs and paperwork
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills between management, other employees and customers
  • Good housekeeping of work areas and company property

Advantages but not essential: (training can be provided)

  • Glycol experience
  • A2L experience
  • Potato storage experience
  • PED experience

Wages are at the discretion of experience and qualifications. Example Below

Basic Wage £38,000 for standard 40 hour week with overtime available easily reach £48,000+ this rate will change depending on experience in the role.
