Salary: 78 - 94 per day

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping teachers create an engaging learning environment, supporting pupils aged 4-11. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and engaging pupils in their learning.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups to provide additional support.
• Encourage children's confidence, development, and participation in classroom activities.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assist with general classroom tasks, ensuring a smooth and structured learning experience.

• Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
• A passionate and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to adapt to different classrooms and year groups.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
