Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Lincoln.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students in KS3 and KS4.
- Assist teachers in preparing classroom resources and materials.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage student engagement.
- Support students with special educational needs and learning difficulties.
Ideal Candidate:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) – higher qualifications are desirable.
- Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting student learning.
