ER / HR Specialist - Lincoln and Nottingham - Temporary to Permanent -£40,000+ DOE and qualifications.

Your new company A Not-for-Profit Organisation in the care sector is looking for an ER / HR Specialist with a view to going permanent in due course.

Your new role You will join the Specialist ER / HR Advisory team looking after a number of sites (Lincoln and Nottinghamshire but also some down south).

Your role will be to provide advice and guidance in a supportive manner to the operational teams onsites.Also ER work - supporting disciplinary & grievance processes, performance management and other issues as they arise - some complex. You will also conduct trend analyses to provide insights and drive improvements in the HR provision.

You will be involved in HR Policies and Practices review, updates and improvement projects aswell as get to work on ad hoc Projects including organisational change and engagement.

This role is AGILE WORKING - you will do site visits where needed to various locations, aswell as regularly work with the HR team at the head office in Lincoln - but you generally manage your own diary and can work where required.

NB 1st week is ONSITE for training/induction.

This is a busy role, so will suit someone who likes to work at pace to provide a comprehensive HR Advisory and ER casework service.

Interim is weekly paid with holiday pay.

On going permanent you will receive:

  • A competitive salary is on offer, dependent on your experience and skill set of £40000 to £45000 - initially paid via an hourly rate, weekly via timesheets from Hays - before having the possibility of a permanent role.
