Are you an operational HR Advisor looking for a part time position in Lincoln with a forward-thinking manufacturing organisation?

We are proud to be partnering with a fantastic organisation in Lincoln who are looking for a generalist HR Advisor, on a part time basis ideally 20-25 hours across 4 or 5 days a week. Looking after a medium sized diverse workforce, reporting into an experienced regional HR director you will be first point of contact for all managers and employees with duties including:

  • Recruitment- supporting management across the recruitment lifecycle including new starter compliance, contracts and on-boarding
  • Employee relations - supporting managers through employee relations casework including absence management, performance management, probation reviews and working with external law firm on any more complex issues
  • Policies & procedures - working on new policies adhering to legislative changes
  • Training - planning and delivery of training to upskill employees and managers
  • Reward & benefit administration
  • Supporting with leavers & exit interviews
  • Supporting with payroll administration

This is a permanent position with flexible working between 20-25 hours ideally across 4-5 days a week and ideally looking to start as soon as possible.

For this role we are looking for CIPD (level 3 or above) qualified candidates who can demonstrate recent experience in a generalist HR role with the competence and confidence to own your site and take responsibility for your management team. You will be self-motivated and passionate about HR with an excellent understanding of UK employment law and willingness to train and upskill employees throughout the business.

With excellent communication skills you will hold an open door policy where HR are there to support, engage and drive the innovation of the business along with the senior stakeholder team.
