- HR Systems Implementation: Lead the implementation of new HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Oversee the Transfer of Undertakings process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
- Manage redundancy programmes with sensitivity and efficiency
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Process Focus: Develop and refine HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Data Analysis: Utilise Excel and other data tools to analyse HR data, produce reports, and support decision-making
- Support the successful delivery of the HR strategy across the business and through your team
- Work as part of a cross functional team to develop HR practices and processes across the business in our ever-changing environment and to provide balanced and fair solutions to our customers
- Experience: Proven experience in HR systems implementation, TUPE process management, and redundancy programmes
- Comfortable to work flexibly from home/office with some travel to sites for essential value add face to face meetings when required

- Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
