- System Management & Updates – Edit and amend data and processes in the system, carrying out updates as required
- Process Control & Improvement – Act as an expert on all end-to-end HR processes, ensuring process control and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Data & Reporting – Be a reporting expert, capable of analysing data, producing reports, dashboards, presentations, and identifying trends to support business decisions
- HR Helpdesk Support – Provide first-line support for system-related queries and issues via the HR helpdesk module
- Project Implementation Support – Assist in current and future system implementation projects, supporting HR and cross-functional teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the DDaT (IT) team, who maintain system administration and back-end builds, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Experience in HR administration, HR systems, or data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and HR software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive and solution-focused approach with strong communication skills
