Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key?We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator – Data & Systems to join our dynamic HR team. The Human Resources Administrator – Data & Systems will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting key HR processes across the business. This position is key to supporting the HR team and wider business in the implementation of systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities
  • System Management & Updates – Edit and amend data and processes in the system, carrying out updates as required
  • Process Control & Improvement – Act as an expert on all end-to-end HR processes, ensuring process control and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Data & Reporting – Be a reporting expert, capable of analysing data, producing reports, dashboards, presentations, and identifying trends to support business decisions
  • HR Helpdesk Support – Provide first-line support for system-related queries and issues via the HR helpdesk module
  • Project Implementation Support – Assist in current and future system implementation projects, supporting HR and cross-functional teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the DDaT (IT) team, who maintain system administration and back-end builds, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in HR administration, HR systems, or data management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach with strong communication skills
