The Interim HR Advisor position is available in Lincoln and Nottingham with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
This role is within a Not for Profit Organisation in the care sector and is expected to last around 3 months.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week, with flexible hours and a combination of onsite and remote work after initial training.
Applicants should have a solid background in HR Advisory or Employee Relations, preferably from a regulated environment, and must be car owners for site visits.
The role may have the potential for extension beyond the initial contract period.

Your new companyA Not for Profit Organisation in the care sector is looking for an Interim HR Advisor to assist due to a leaver and changes - around 3 months

Your new role

You will join the HR Advisory team looking after a specific geographical area (Lincoln and Nottinghamshire)

Agile working - 2 to 3 days a week at sites and/or home working (manage own diary after 1st week ONSITE for training/induction)

This is a busy role, reporting to the HR Manager and providing comprehensive HR Advisory and ER casework provision.

You will also get involved in some process review work, HR documentation/ Standard Operating Procedure updates and Policy review/updates.

A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from £35000 to £35000 - paid via an hourly rate, weekly via timesheets.

There is a possibility that this role may be extended

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role - 40 hours a week ( flexible hours)
