Your new companyA Not for Profit Organisation in the care sector is looking for an Interim HR Advisor to assist due to a leaver and changes - around 3 months

Your new role

You will join the HR Advisory team looking after a specific geographical area (Lincoln and Nottinghamshire)

Agile working - 2 to 3 days a week at sites and/or home working (manage own diary after 1st week ONSITE for training/induction)

This is a busy role, reporting to the HR Manager and providing comprehensive HR Advisory and ER casework provision.

You will also get involved in some process review work, HR documentation/ Standard Operating Procedure updates and Policy review/updates.

A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from £35000 to £35000 - paid via an hourly rate, weekly via timesheets.

There is a possibility that this role may be extended

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role - 40 hours a week ( flexible hours)
