It's an incredibly busy and exciting time for my client. They're going through a huge transformation programme which will touch all areas of the business.I'm looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to join them and work across several business critical projects of work; including a complex, enterprise-wide ERP implementation project and also a transformational Data Warehouse project. These are two key projects for my client and therefore I am looking for the very best Project Managers to join them, who can deliver these projects to the highest standard.

Who are my client? They're a massively well-recognised brand here within the UK but they're now also making great waves internationally too. They have an incredibly talented, established Tech function with one of the largest IT sites in the UK.They're also a private owned firm - The environment here is very fast, very lean and they work with a "fail fast" approach where they are always open to trying new ideas and exploring better ways of working. What is expected? You'll be a battle-scarred Project Manager who thrives from working in a fast paced, truly enterprise environment where requirements can sometimes change at a moments notice. You will manage all aspects of these IT projects from the very beginning to planning through to implementation to a flawless standard.

You'll also manage all documentation and resource forecasting, alongside providing reporting to a range of senior stakeholders across the organisation. In fact, this role will be heavily stakeholder management focused, so you need to be the type of PM who isn't afraid to hold their own and can realistically manage expectations both diligently and confidently. This is a big programme of work so I'm looking for a Project Manager who has managed medium to large-scale projects - Ideally within the ERP or Data space, but we can consider you otherwise. These guys practice both Agile and Waterfall, so naturally it's key that you understand the concept of methodology - Ideally leaning towards Agile/Scrum ways of working.I'm looking for the type of PM who does things "the right way" no cutting-corners, no nonsense. It's important that you're personable, confident and approachable too - someone who inspires and motivates the wider team around them.In return? You'll join a large, wider talented team and work alongside some incredibly talented people who all share a great vision. Whilst its a fast-paced and busy environment, it's also an enjoyable one. They have a great culture which is reflected through their retention rates across the business and they treat their people really well. Scope for learning here is vast. Learning and development here is massively encouraged here and they offer unlimited resources alongside a dedicated IT Training Team as well as training around Scrum, development life cycle and a week-long induction. You'll have a personal progression plan alongside quarterly one-to-ones.We can offer up to £45,000 plus a £4k bonus - all dependant on your ability alongside awesome further benefits including on-site gym, subsidised restaurants and more! They have an amazing HQ in North Lincolnshire so we'd like you on-site 5 days a week - It's an integral role for them that requires face-to-face interaction with stakeholders! We might be able to be flexible on this for the right person.
