This role is perfect for a professional with a robust background in Residential Property looking to walk into a readymade case load and advance their career.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, new builds).
  • Conduct lease extensions and auction transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits.

Skills and Experience:

  • To generate new work and provide an ongoing service to existing clients.
  • Develop and enhance the conveyancing department, maximising cross referral across all offices and areas of the business.
  • Maintain and enhance up to date legal skills.
  • Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the company’s quality and risk procedures.
