The Role:

As a Private Client Solicitor specializing in Court of Protection work, you will manage a caseload focused on the financial and welfare needs of clients who lack capacity to manage their own affairs. You will work closely with clients, families, and court-appointed deputies, providing expert advice on applications, statutory wills, and related matters. This position is perfect for a professional who combines empathy with technical expertise in private client law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters.
  • Preparing and submitting applications to the Court of Protection.
