Your Role

As General Manager, you'll take full ownership of the operations, including Manufacturing, Goods In, Dispatch, and everything in between. You'll also oversee Finance, IT, and HR, leading a team of approximately 40 staff across production cells and lines, and a modern warehousing setup. Your focus will be to:

  • Lead with Purpose: Engage and inspire a workforce ready for change, fostering a culture of collaboration and pride.
  • Drive Performance: Dig into untapped data, optimise processes, and introduce smarter ways of working across production, warehousing, and dispatch to improve efficiencies at all levels.
  • Shape the Future: From enhancing production planning to leveraging automation, you'll identify opportunities and make them happen - with full autonomy to innovate.
  • Steer the Ship: Chair weekly senior management meetings, align departments, and report progress to the Board, ensuring your vision becomes reality.
