Are you a dynamic and strategic engineering leader ready to make a real impact? Our world-leading food manufacturing client is seeking a Site Engineering Manager to drive operational excellence and innovation at their state-of-the-art site in Lincolnshire.
The Role
As Site Engineering Manager you will be at the forefront of the site's engineering strategy, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and compliance within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Leading a talented engineering team, you will:

• Develop and implement a robust engineering strategy
• Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food industry standards
• Manage budgets, projects, and stakeholder relationships
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence
• Manage a large group of engineers

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in engineering within food/FMCG manufacturing
• Strong understanding of CI, TPM, and reliability-based maintenance
• Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading large teams and driving cultural change
• Engineering qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent)
