With five offices across the UK and a team of 50 professionals-15 of whom are based in Lincoln-our client delivers expert cost consultancy and project management services across a diverse range of sectors. Their projects range in value from £100k to £25M, covering commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and more.

Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Managing cost control and financial planning throughout project lifecycles
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Conducting valuations and negotiating contracts
- Managing risk, procurement strategies, and value engineering
- Working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side role
- Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
