With five offices across the UK and a team of 50 professionals-15 of whom are based in Lincoln-our client delivers expert cost consultancy and project management services across a diverse range of sectors. Their projects range in value from 100k to 25M, covering commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and more.

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Managing cost control and financial planning throughout project lifecycles
Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Conducting valuations and negotiating contracts
Managing risk, procurement strategies, and value engineering
Working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side role
Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
