We are recruiting a Commercial Catering Deputy Manager.

The Commercial Team is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Deputy Manager to the Commercial Catering function. It is important that you have commercial acumen, an understanding of profit and loss, extensive head chef and events catering experience and are very flexible.
