What You'll Be Doing
- Leading from the front: managing a retail team of up to 9 staff (Stylists and Assistant Stylists) on each shift, setting sales targets, and delivering first-class customer experiences
- Driving sales & service: being a natural salesperson, ensuring every customer feels valued and leaves happy
- Managing operations: overseeing stock, deliveries, dispatches, and problem-solving across the site
- Recruitment & training: hiring, coaching, and developing your team to be the best in the business
- Taking ownership: keyholder responsibilities, ensuring smooth running of the store, and responding to site needs

The Work Pattern
- Peak season: (August through to May) Weekend & evening shifts, with paid overtime opportunities, contracted at 40 hours per week with paid overtime up to 55 hours per week
- Low season: (June & July) Reduced hours at 30 hours per week, flexible working, and extended holiday options
- Closed over Christmas: (unlike most retailers!)
