Retail and Customer Service ManagerLincoln, Full time, PermanentUp to £32,000 per annum + £3k potential bonus scheme
We are recruiting for a Retail and Customer Service Manager on a full time, permanent basis for our award winning client in Lincoln. This role is ideal for somebody who is able to deliver exceptional customer service whilst leading a shop floor sales team, creating world class relationships with customers alongside running the back office aspects of the department.
THE ROLEAs Retail and Customer Service Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and implementing staff workload plans - to include daily briefings, staff checkbacks
- Managing a team of up to 9 on various shift patterns
- Managing retail premises, delivering sales and providing top quality customer service
- Acting as "Meet and Greet Host" to customers on arrival
- Leading the team with goods-in, allocating and dispatching orders
- Handling customer complaints or any other issues which may arise
- Being responsible for the transport of products to photoshoot venues
- Looking after site maintenance issues (for example, payment machines, Wi-Fi, phone systems, flooding etc.)
- Leading the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction is high
- Recruiting and training the sales team
To be an ideal candidate for the Retail and Customer Service Manager position, you are required to:
- Be ambitions, reward-driven and committed
- Have an energetic personality and possess the ability to maintain exceptional levels of service when dealing with customers
- You will be dynamic and flexible - ability to work across various areas of the business
- Have passion and energy to develop, lead and inspire the sales team
- Staff management skills - ideally within retail, hospitality, sales or leisure background
- Ability to brief and communicate with the team
- Be competent using various systems, mainly MS Office
- Ability to set and maintain KPIs and bonuses

Within this role, you will work a variety of shifts so flexibility is required
