Multi Skilled Tradesperson
£30,650 + Van + Fuel Card

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Multi Skilled tradesperson to join our
dynamic team. This operative is expected to have excellent organisational skills,
strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently even in a
high-pressure environment.

Overview of Role:


The primary responsibility of the Multi Skilled Operative is to handle repair and
maintenance jobs across various areas of specialisation including plumbing, electric,
and carpentry. The individual will also be tasked with carrying out pre-planned
maintenance and reactive repairs, as well as engaging in productive communication
with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Carrying out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic and
commercial properties across the region.
? Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to
meet the required quality standards.
? Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required
paperwork electronically and manually.
? Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk
Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to
during your daily work.
? To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are
available to fulfil job requirements.

It is important that we complete all the appropriate criminal and reference checks
before you start working with us.

? Strong communication and relationship-building skills
? Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
