Pay rates for Personal Support Workers from £12.01 up to £13.31 per hour. Additionally the successful candidate will benefit from up to 6% on top of the hourly rate and an additional £1 per hour is paid when working between 22:00 Friday to 07:00 Monday. Stand by sleep in rate is £81.81 plus any additional bonuses.

- Helping individuals to live their lives to the fullest, encouraging them to try new things, learn new life skills, connect with their communities, and live an ‘ordinary’ life.
- Providing quality personal care, which could include bathing, toileting etc. depending on individual needs, while maintaining respect and sensitivity
- Participating in household tasks, which include cleaning, cooking, ironing, washing etc. while encouraging the individuals we support to join in
- One day, you’ll be teaching someone to cook, the next you’re bringing a surprise horse to a birthday party or arranging an inflatable pub (yes, this happened).

Flexible Shift Working Patterns
- Early shift - 7/8am to 2/3pm
- Late shift - 2/3pm to 9/10pm
- One 14 hour shift each week

*The Loyalty Attendance Bonus assumes that you have no unplanned absences and have passed all probationary requirements. Every month where you have no unplanned absences your pay will increase by 1% up to a maximum of 6%.
