**The advertised salary is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday**

Shift Working Patterns

  • Early shift 7am -3pm
  • Late shift 2pm/3pm - 9pm/10pm
  • Standby sleep ins
  • 2 week rolling rota
  • You will work every other weekend and some bank holidays

Increases to £12.73 - £13.31 with the 6% Attendance Loyalty Bonus

About the Role

As a Support Worker youll work as part of our ONE TEAM to deliver exceptional care and support to the individuals living within the homes. A large part of your role is to help individuals gain new life skills, connect with their communities, and provide outcomes to help them to live a fulfilled and meaningful life through:

  • Helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability and goals
  • Support them to do daily living tasks, personal care while encouraging independence
  • Support them to plan activities such as going to the beach, theme parks, festivals, holidays... anything!
  • Provide support, informal advocacy and information to the individuals we support
  • Provide emotional and practical support to individuals
  • Accurately reporting and recording on our in-house digital platform
