About the Assessment Team:The Assessment Team plays a vital role in identifying the needs of children and families, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time. As a Social Worker, you will:
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate risks, strengths, and needs.Develop and implement clear, evidence-based action plans.Work closely with families, children, and multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote well-being.Make informed decisions to ensure children's safety and best outcomes.Provide professional guidance and recommendations for further interventions.
What You Bring:To thrive in this role, you'll need:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Current registration with Social Care England.Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures, child protection legislation, and assessment frameworks.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
