We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to become our Lead Practitioner within our Adult Social Care Team in Lincolnshire.About the Role:

  • Provide expert social work practice, leading and mentoring a team of social workers.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to enhance the quality of service delivery.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and improvement of the team's performance.
  • Supervise and support social workers in their casework, providing guidance and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Registered with Social Care England.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Social Worker.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within adult social care is essential.
  • Significant experience in direct social work practice with adults.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult social care legislation and policy.
