Requirements:
- Registered with Social Care England.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Social Worker.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within adult social care is essential.
- Significant experience in direct social work practice with adults.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Strong understanding of adult social care legislation and policy.
